## Details

Details, details...

###### **Days 1-3**

#### South Luangwa National Park

Your Zambian safari begins at Mfuwe, the gateway to the South Luangwa National Park. A fascinating game drive deep into the national park brings you to your first of two bush camps. Located on a bend in the river, Nsolo is steeped in history and ideally situated with lovely views and peaceful surroundings.

#### During your stay

Morning, afternoon and early evening game drives are the most common way of exploring from Nsolo, but it's also the perfect spot to venture out on foot to appreciate the bush from a different perspective.

###### **Days 3-5**

#### South Luangwa National Park

Your morning safari will act as your transfer between bush camps and we advise underataking it on foot. A walking safari in the South Luangwa is not to be missed. Follow the banks of the rivers and cross the open plains dotted with puku, giraffe and much, much more.

Your home for the next two nights is the sister camp, Mchenja. Another relatively simple but extremely comfortable bush experience where you truly connect to your surroundings.

#### During your stay

Much like at Nsolo, the order of the day is game drives and walking safaris. If you fancy a non-wildlife activity there is a fantastic foundation you can visit, authentic cultural experiences and for the adventurous a night sleeping out under the stars on the dry river bed.

###### **Days 5-8**

#### Lower Zambezi National Park

A short scenic flight will take you from one national park to another, landing in a utopia of stunning forests and plains. Your final camp on this itinerary is Chongwe Camp, set on the banks of the Zambezi River, a classic-styled camp with a laid back atmosphere.

#### During your stay

Spend your days exploring the magnificent park in search of more wildlife, while also enjoying the number of other activities on offer. Your expert guides will take you canoeing in the river past pods of bathing hippos, and on boat trips to see elephant swimming the channels.

###### Day 9

#### Departure

Rise with the sun for your final breakfast around the campfire with views of the river, before a short game drive to the nearby airstrip to fly back to Lusaka from where you can make your way home.
