Ruaha National Park, Tanzania

## Profile

Kichaka Kidogo is a lightweight fly camp that opens up fresh walking and exploration areas in the really wild sections of Ruaha National Park.

Simple and basic yet perfectly comfortable, the fly camp has just three tents each with adjoining private bucket showers and toilets. Travel cots ensure a good nights sleep, waking only for the night sounds before a full days exploration. With a feel of complete informality, meals will be fresh prepared on the camp fire itself while you nurse a cold drink and contemplate the next days' activities.

## Profile

Best combined with its sister camp, Kichaka Zumbua for a complete Ruaha experience, the location of this little fly camp is ever-changing based on animal movements, but wilderness is guaranteed.

The Kidogo fly camp set up is also used for the Kichaka Wild expedition, a 7-night walking safari for adventure enthusiasts who want to experience what it feels like to be a modern day explorer.

## Activities list

The walking safari is the most real and authentic way to experience the bush and the Kichaka guides are incredibly experienced having spent decades walking Africa's wilds.

Allow them to lead you safely through Ruaha's rugged landscape, on a level playing field with the animals and the thrill of not knowing what maybe hiding behind the next bush.

From the comfort of the well equipped game viewers, get up close and personal with all of Ruaha's most exotic creatures.

With a staggering 575 species recorded, Ruaha can only be described as one of the premier birding destinations on Earth.

Fabulous birding is found everywhere here and it is not uncommon to tick off 150+ species in a few days.
