Set on a secluded 16-acre plot at the far end of Galu Beach, Kinondo Kwetu offers unmatched privacy. The lodge is distanced from any neighbours by rocky cliffs and an endless stretch of pristine white sand. The rooms, ranging from five cottages to three suites, garden rooms, and a private villa, are all individually designed and decorated with local artefacts, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the Kenyan coast.

## Profile

Three-course lunches and dinners are served in different spots around the resort - by the beach under the shade of the trees or in the evening under the stars. All fresh fruits and vegetables are locally grown and the fresh seafood comes from your doorstep.

The beach here is wonderfully private, with the nearest hotel miles away, allowing you to spend your days lounging on the soft sands and enjoying the stunning views of the Indian Ocean. The property also features two swimming pools - a large, sunlit pool and a smaller, shaded pool - perfect for cooling off.

## Activities list

With private stables on site, you can enjoy horse riding on the beautiful Galu Beach, in the sacred 'Kaya' forests and paddocks.

If you're up for an adventure, Kinondo Kwetu has a range of wonderful off-site excursions to offer including; Cultural visits to Kinondo Village & Kinondo Kwetu Community Works, Golf, Game drives within Shimba Hills National Park, Shopping/sight-seeing trips to Ukunda or Mombasa.

Enjoy a game of tennis on their exclusive plexipaved tennis court. A tennis coach is also available to you.

Work out at the stunning sea-view gym, or join Kinondo's daily yoga and exercise classes. Personal training can be arranged.
