## Profile

Classic white tents perched on the shore of an enormous sparkling salt pan, each sheltered by a cluster of stately desert palms. Spectacular vistas, soothing and serene - pared down safari elegance with minimal ecological impact, it is the nothingness that attracts.

San Camp offers six spacious and stylish tents with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious veranda. Beds are replete with cool and crunchy cotton sheets, feather bedding and hot water bottles. The perfect place to relax, unwind and retreat.

## Profile

San Camp is open only for six months of the year during the dry season (April to October), and leaves no footprint behind. The camp runs almost entirely on solar energy.

## Activities list

Get up close and personal with a clan of habituated meerkats. Follow them across the pans as they forage and scurry about in the warmth of the morning sun.

Join the Zu/’hoasi Bushmen on a bush walk and learn how they survive in the bush. No two walks are the same, but you are certain to come away enlightened.

Venture across the expansive pans on afternoon and evening game drives. The waterholes are a magnet for any passing wildlife and once darkness falls chances increase of spotting elusive aardvark or brown hyena.

During the dry season, head to the horizon on quad bikes. Zip across the salt pans with nobody else around you for what feels like days.

Immerse yourself among the grazing wildlife from the back of a horse. Short rides are available for all abilities, or longer multi-day riding safaris can also be arranged.
