Xanadu Villas & Retreat is located on one of the finest beaches on the South-East coast of Zanzibar. We offer six unique and individually designed villas within a tropical garden and laundry service, Internet/Wi-Fi, and fridge. Four of our villas feature a spacious lounge & kitchen and three of our villas have direct beach access.

Our one bedroom Kimwondo Villa has sitting areas inside and outside and features a spectacular rooftop with a plunge pool and sitting area with views over the Indian Ocean. Our two bedroom Mlima and Korongo Villas feature private bathrooms, spacious lounge areas and private plunge pools.

## Profile

The presidential Mbingu Villa is beach front and features two bedrooms with ocean view balconies, private bathrooms and sitting areas, a majestic lounge and two private plunge pools of which one is on the roof top. Our cozy one bedroom Umande Villa is beach front, has sitting areas inside and outside, a private bathroom and a private plunge pool. Next to Umande villa is our one bedroom Alfajiri Villa which is in fact our honeymoon suite. The Villa is beach front, features one bedroom, a spacious lounge, a private plunge pool and a romantic balcony with ocean view.
