Waves for Change Partnership Update: For the past few years, Bonamy has been supporting this wonderful organisation making a significant impact on children’s lives in coastal communities around Africa.

You might not know but for the past few years, Bonamy has been a proud supporter of**[Waves for Change](https://waves-for-change.org/)**, a wonderful organisation making a significant impact on children’s lives in coastal communities around Africa.

### **Our Contribution:**

Our latest donation will sponsor six children, enabling them to attend a total of**253 Surf Therapy Sessions**throughout 2024.

This support is not just about surfing; it's about fostering safety, friendship, and learning for these young participants.

### **Impact Highlights from 2023**

- **Reach:**Waves for Change engaged 2,743 children across five beach sites.
- **Safety and Enjoyment:**99% of participants felt safe, and 98% had fun during the programme.
- **Social and Emotional Growth:**75% made new friends.94% learned something new.47% improved overall wellbeing.56% experienced better emotional regulation.44% increased social connectedness with two/more people.
